Meet the Founder: Sandy Lindsey, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
“My goal is to educate and empower people to take control of their health—physically, mentally, and spiritually.”
With more than 27 years in healthcare, including 22 years in oncology and recent experience as a hospice nurse practitioner, Sandy has guided patients and families through some of life’s most challenging seasons. Those experiences deepened her belief that health isn’t just the absence of disease—it’s about living with strength, clarity, and purpose.
After losing her father and several family members to dementia, Sandy made it her mission to help others protect their cognitive health and quality of life. She is Certified in Functional Brain Health, focusing on prevention, early detection, and natural support for memory and brain vitality.
At P31 Wellness, Sandy blends medical science with holistic healing—combining functional medicine, advanced therapies, and faith-based care to address weight concerns, hormone imbalances, inflammation, pain, and early signs of cognitive decline. She uses medication thoughtfully, only when truly necessary, always prioritizing the body’s natural ability to heal.

Dr. Carla Russo brings more than 20 years of experience in Integrative & Functional Wellness, with expertise in Holistic Nutrition, Human Behavior, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). As a Professor of Integrative & Functional Wellness and a Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor, she’s been invited to speak at Harvard University, University of Texas, and global health conferences.
Through her work as a consultant, educator, and life coach, she’s empowered corporate teams, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and athletes to live with purpose, balance, and resilience. She’s also a best-selling author and has been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX.
At P31 Wellness, Dr. Russo leads personalized wellness consultations and protocol design, guiding each client through the process of self-awareness, mindset transformation, and integrative healing.
